Pathfinders Emerging Readers (Ages 5–6) Pathfinders is a small-group class designed for young learners who are beginning their reading journey and are ready to grow into confident, independent readers. At Bright Path Literacy Academy, we understand that early reading can be both exciting and challenging. This class provides the structured support and encouragement students need to truly succeed. In Pathfinders, students will strengthen the foundational skills needed for reading success, including: letter-sound connections blending and segmenting sounds decoding simple words early spelling skills reading fluency comprehension and vocabulary Instruction is rooted in a structured literacy approach, helping students build skills step-by-step in a clear and effective way. Pathfinders is a great fit for students who: are learning to blend sounds into words are beginning to read simple books need extra support or confidence in reading would benefit from structured, small-group instruction. We would love to help your child grow as a reader through Pathfinders! Mondays/ Thursdays 8:00-12:00 Guiding early readers as they discover the path to reading success!
